Hi, I’m Tasha.
I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I specialize in strength based flexibility and movement that is influenced and inspired by various disciplines of physical culture in addition to the “normal" gym stuff. This blend exists because I have found solutions from non fitness fields to have applications in mainstream fitness and vice versa.
My work is based on years of my own self taught practice/experimentation, science based principles, and findings based on clients of all ages, body types, and movement preferences.
